Implement an Open Door Policy at City Hall - Create a stronger mission for the Neighborhood Advisory Councils and utilize business-resident issue advisory boards.
Identify ways to reduce our dependence on the residential property tax by setting up a tax taskforce and working with the County, the Maryland Municipal League and Maryland Association of Counties.
